Compliance Approved LLC is committed to ensuring that our website and compliance management platform are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe compliance software should hold itself to the same standard of care we help our clients meet.

Our Conformance Target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice in connection with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Our public website is regularly evaluated with automated accessibility tooling (including axe-core and Google Lighthouse), and as of the date above every audited page passes all automated WCAG 2.1 AA checks. We treat accessibility as an ongoing obligation rather than a one-time project: new pages and features are checked before release, and we continue to supplement automated testing with manual review of keyboard navigation and screen-reader flows.

Measures We Take

• Color contrast meeting or exceeding WCAG 2.1 AA ratios across the site, including buttons, links, and small text
• Full keyboard operability for interactive controls, with visible focus states
• Descriptive labels for form fields and icon-only controls, announced to assistive technology
• Semantic page structure — landmarks, ordered headings, and list markup — so screen readers can navigate efficiently
• Touch targets sized for users with limited dexterity
• Automated accessibility checks as part of our release process

Known Limitations

Automated testing cannot detect every accessibility barrier, and some third-party content (such as embedded payment forms provided by our billing processor) is outside our direct control. If you encounter a barrier anywhere on our website or platform, we want to know about it and will work to address it promptly.
